We had a lovely time joining our pre-school today for a storytelling yoga session🙂 The children listened to Oliver Jeffer's 'How to catch a star' before joining in with some yoga focusing on fundamental body movements and breathing techniques. We then listened to 'Twinkle twinkle' whilst relaxing on the floor and admiring the pretty star floating above us🤩💫 It was lovely to finish with a positive affirmation in the star mirror....'I am a friendly star' 💫❤we are all friendly little stars in CIPS 🤩Thank you to Crumlin Integrated Pre-school for having us!
