We have been very busy in P1 since returning to school after the Easter break🙂We have been learning all about the life cycle of the frog and the butterfly in our topic, 'Let's get growing'.🦋We made beautiful butterflies and enjoyed exploring painting, folding and pressing to create symmetrical wings🦋🎨One of our favourite things to do in P1 is read stories and we loved sharing 'The Hungry Caterpillar' together🐛🙂We used our cutting skills and created a repeating pattern to turn into the Hungry Caterpillar! Such a creative little bunch we are🥰. Enjoy looking at our other pictures too of outdoor clock making, balancing practice, developing Numeracy skills using 'Six Bricks' and of course lots of fun at play🙂🌟
