Today in P3 we continued our work on capacity, using non-standard materials to explore, compare and measure how much different containers could hold. The children made great predictions, tested their ideas and explained their thinking really well.
In RE, we have been learning about celebrations around the world. So far we’ve explored Diwali and Christmas, and today we focused on Chinese New Year. As 2026 is the Year of the Horse, the children created some fantastic abstract artwork inspired by this, using colour, shape and pattern to express their ideas.
