Yesterday, the children had a lovely visit from Nurse Aaron as part of our People Who Help Us topic. He showed the children lots of things that happen in a hospital and explained how they would be cared for if they ever needed to visit. The children really enjoyed exploring some of the equipment, putting plasters on each other, and listening to one another’s hearts and breathing. It was a fantastic visit that sparked lots of excitement and imaginative play afterwards, with the home corner turning into a busy doctors’ and nurses’ surgery!
