To celebrate Pancake Tuesday P1 and P2 joined together for some delicious fun! First we found out why we have Pancake Tuesday and then we listened to Mr Wolf's Pancakes. When we had finished the story we knew what we needed to have a go at making some pancakes for ourselves. So we rolled up our sleeves, washed our hands and began measuring out all the different ingredients. Next we mixed them altogether to make the batter. After that, the pancakes were cooked on the griddle pan. We listened to hear them sizzling and watched for the bubbles to know when it was time to flip them over. When they were ready we chose from lots of yummy toppings and sat down to enjoy a delicious treat!
