The world religion the children learn about in Primary 6 is Judaism. Today we learnt about their Festival of Light, Hanukkah. We discussed the story of Hanukkah and how Jewish people celebrate the festival each year. Linking numeracy and art (two of Mrs Lambe’s favourite subjects), the children created their very own 6 point stars using a protractor. Their finished project was a 3D Star of David.
