This week we began our Clay Project with the Boys and Girls Club! Andrea showed us how to create our very own pinch pots – one of the earliest forms of pottery, even used in Viking times.
To build on our Viking topic, the children also took part in a research hunt around the classroom. Using iPads to scan QR codes, they worked together to uncover fascinating Viking facts and piece together the clues!
