What a fun and exciting week it’s been in the Hive! The children have been busy exploring, creating, and solving problems in lots of hands-on activities.
Firework Art: The children got creative with firework pictures, experimenting with paint, plastic forks, and scratch art. They loved mixing colours and chatting about the amazing effects they could make. The classroom is now bursting with their colourful, sparkly creations! 🖼️
STEM Fun: Our little engineers took on the challenge of helping the bears cross the river! Using cups, lolly sticks, elastic bands, glue, paper clips, and cellotape, they built bridges and tested how many bears could safely cross. Some even tried making their bridges taller and longer! The children showed brilliant teamwork, problem-solving, and had so much fun with the extension challenges. 🐻🌉
